Can you believe we are about to kick off the 8th annual Handmade Promenade Holiday Pop Up Shop? That’s right, we’re back and we are in an exciting throw back location this year! We will be returning to one of the first spaces we occupied, 750 N. College Avenue, right on the Cultural Trail and just steps away from the intersection of Mass Ave and College Avenue. Way back in 2012-13 when Handmade Promenade was just baby we occupied this unfinished, unheated space for two seasons. It was awesome and we loved having to lock the door just so we could run a half block around the corner to use the restroom! Awww the things we do for the love of handmade!
Well, listen here, the excellent news this year is that the space now has lights and heat! It is absolutely gorgeous inside. It has walls, and carpet! And we can’t wait to return to our old home. So much has changed in the last few years in the area, hundreds of new apartments and many restaurants have sprung up around this unassuming little spot on College Ave. We’re going to light those windows back up though and bring in all the shoppers.
